Hello there! I wanted to share the favors I made for my Stamp-A-Stack attendees a couple of weeks ago. I knew I wanted to use the gorgeous Striped Treat Bags, and I found some gold tableware to match:)

I wrapped a piece of Jute Twine around each bag and tied a bow. I made a monogrammed tag for each attendee and added a Gold Library Clip. I ran a piece of Linen Thread through the hole and tied it to the twine.

I used the Painted Harvest set to stamp the tags using Crushed Curry, Soft Suede & Crumb Cake inks. I ran a piece of Basics Pack 2 Washi Tape across the top of the tag and wrapped some Crushed Curry Solid Baker's Twine around each. I added a Touches of Nature Element and a few sequins from the Metallics Sequin Assortment.

I filled some tiny jars with peanuts and candy corn and decorated the lids with Coffee Break DSP. I stamped a flower, cut it out and attached it with Liquid Tombow. I stamped the sentiment with Soft Suede onto Very Vanilla and adhered with Dimensionals. I finished it off with a few Metallic Sequins.

I updated a few of the classes for Santa's Workshop coming up in December. Here's the tags you'll make-2 of each in the Gift Tags Class. You'll also get an Acetate Box to decorate to store your cute tags in.

These are the projects you'll make with the Gift Card & Treat Holders Class.

Here's all the fun projects you'll make with the Bags & Boxes Class.

You'll make a 6" x 8" Album with the Albums & Cards Class. See the previous post for all the details about my Santa's Workshop Retreat. I'm also including a FREE BONUS PROJECT for whoever signs up to do the SANTA'S WORKSHOP PACKAGE, which includes 45 projects! Email me for more details. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello there! Here's the last of the new additions at my last Card Bufet. Just about time to start designing for the next one:) Shelli had posted this awhile back on her blog and I loved it, so I made one to share at class. I started with a Sahara Sand base and added the background images with Timeless Textures using Sahara Sand ink as well. I added a couple layers of Very Vanilla and stamped the background with Sahara Sand and Calypso Coral.

I stamped the stem image with Soft Suede and the flowers with Calypso Coral. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes. I stamped it in Calypso Coral onto Very Vanilla and used the Classic Label Punch to punch it out.

I added a strip of DSP from the Petal Garden DSP Stack and tore the ends to give it a little added texture. Such a sweet & simple but elegant card:)

Welp I'm off to finish up a few things for my Watercolor Christmas Class tomorrow:) Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hello there! Here's another fun card from my Card Buffet a couple weeks ago. I used the set Hug In A Mug, and you can create all kinds of yummy concoctions with it:) I started with a Chocolate Chip base, naturally, and added another layer on top. I stamped the mini marshmallows across the bottom with Chocolate Chip ink, and then embossed the top 3/4 of the cardstock with the Sparkle Embossing Folder.

I stamped the adorable tiny stitching on the Powder Pink Finely Woven Ribbon and adhered it to the base with SNAIL. I then stamped the cup with Chocolate Chip ink onto Very Vanilla Cardstock. I stamped the inside color with Powder Pink. I added the heart and colored it in with a Cherry Cobbler Marker. I used the 2 1/4" Circle Punch to punch it out.

I stamped the sentiment with Chocolate Chip ink onto Crumb Cake Cardstock and flagged the end. I attached it with Dimensionals, overlapping the ribbon & circle. I stamped the two little sparkle thingys with Powder Pink ink and punched them out with the 1" Circle Punch. I attached them with Dimensionals.

So quick & easy and will last all the way to Spring. Plan to attend my next Card Buffet in December and make one...or several!

Have you heard about the Stamparatus yet? It was just unveiled at OnStage and will no doubt become our favorite new tool! I'm not sure if the links above will work, if not, go to YouTube and type in Stamparatus. They are preordering them so they don't run into backorder issues. They'll be available to preorder today so let me know if you want one. They won't ship til February and you won't be charged until then. Not sold yet? No problem, they'll have 2 more preorder periods if you decide you have to have one!

ALSO, make sure to stop back here later today as I'll be sharing the projects you'll be making at  my Santa's Workshop Retreat in a couple of weeks! Thanks so much for stopping by:)

Hello there! Here's a really quick & easy card from my last Card Buffet. I used the set Oh What Fun and the adorable Stitched Felt Embellishments. I started with a Garden Green base and added another layer on top that I ran through the Big Shot using the Quilt Top Embossing Folder-another favorite from the Holiday Catalog:)

I then added an adorable gingham strip of DSP from the Quilted Christmas DSP Stack. I stamped the sentiment with Real Red ink onto Whisper White Cardstock and cut it out with the Stitched Shapes Thinlits. I made a messy swirl with some Linen Thread and attached it to the back of the circle with Glue Dots.

Finally I added the sweet little felt tree and topped it off with a Quilted Christmas Ribbon bow. This is the perfect card to start with if you're new to stamping or wanting to knock out a bunch of Christmas cards quickly. I hope you'll join me for my next Card Buffet in December and make one for yourself.

I'm so excited to be able to share with you a fun event I have planned for the first week-end in December! I'm calling it Santa's Workshop because I'll be helping you check off lots of items on your Santa To-Do list:)
You'll make Gift Card & Treat Holders, Bags & Boxes, Gift Tags, a Mini Photo Album, and maybe some home decor. I'm working like a dog-or reindeer in this case:) to get everything finished and get some pictures posted. Stay tuned!!! Thanks so much for stopping by:)

Hello there! I had a special request for a birthday card for a 10 year old girl at my Card Buffet last month, and this is what I came up with. I figured I'd be safe with pink & cupcakes:) I used the set Sweet Cupcakes and featured the Eclipse Technique. I started with a Whisper White base and stamped the cupcake bottom in Sahara Sand & Crumb Cake inks.

I stamped the frosting with Blushing Bride & Flirty Flamingo. I then laid the Large Letters Framelits on top of the cardstock and ran it through the Big Shot using the Magnetic Platform. I layered a piece of Basic Black behind the Whisper White Cardstock and laid the letters with openings back in their places. I added Liquid Tombow to the openings and put the small pieces in place. I then removed the letters and added Mini Dimensionals to the backs. I placed each letter back into it's place, making sure to get the stamped letters in their right spot.

I stamped the candle with Daffodil Delight ink, cut it out with Paper Snips and tied a bow around it with Flirty Flamingo Baker's Twine. I attached it with Glue Dots. I then stamped the sentiment with Flirty Flamingo ink onto the same color cardstock and added some sprinkles for fun:) I finished it off with a few Metallic Sequins.

Make plans to attend my next Card Buffet in December and try out the fun Eclipse Technique for yourself! Thanks so much for stopping by:)

Hello there! Here's another new addition to my last Card Buffet using the Smitten Mittens Bundle and an adorable penguin that Donna Griffith from the Home Office came up with! Is he just the cutest thing or what? I started with a Real Red base and added a layer of Whisper White Cardstock. I added a piece of DSP from Christmas Around the World and ran it through the Big Shot using the Winter Wonder Embossing Folder.

For the penguin I cut out a mitten from Basic Black Cardstock and just the thumb area of a second one, and glued it to the mitten. I used the Layering Ovals with Whisper White Cardstock for his front. I ran the top of the mitten die through the Big Shot again to make his hat from Real Red Cardstock. I added some of the fun Real Red Mini Tinsel Trim to the edge and frayed a small piece for the top.

I added some rosy cheeks with a q-tip and Pink Pirouette ink. I used the set Foxy Friends for his face in Basic Black ink. I then used the Fox Builder Punch with Pumpkin Pie Cardstock for his beak and feet. The sentiment is from Hearts Come Home with Basic Black ink onto Pool Party Cardstock.

I finished it off with a few Iridescent Sequins that I added with Liquid Tombow. Make plans to make one of your own at my next Card Buffet on Thursday, December 7th! Thanks so much for stopping by:)

Hello there! This is one of the new additions that I added to my last Card Buffet. I used the lovely set Season Like Christmas.

I started with a Garden Green base and added the plaid from Christmas Around the World DSP. The tree was stamped with Garden Green and Early Espresso ink. I love the subtle shadow that was stamped with Crumb Cake ink.

I stamped the snow with Whisper White Craft ink and heat-embossed it with White Embossing Powder. I added a Crushed Curry star to the top, along with a 1/8" Gold Ribbon bow.

I layered a Delicate White Doily to the back of the banner.I then adhered a piece of Very Vanilla Lace Trim to the back of a piece of Gold Foil to add a little richness to this traditional card.

I wanted to let you know about a fun event I have coming up to help you check some things off of your Christmas to do list. I'm holding a Santa's Workshop Retreat on Saturday, December 2nd and Sunday, December 3rd! It will be a fun-filled, jam-packed 2 days full of stamping, snacking and scrapbooking while singing to Christmas music and sipping on your favorite drink-all kinds:) You can pick the projects you make or do it all and get a discounted price-along with some freebies:) There will be Door Prizes and lots of surprizes along the way:) Stay tuned for more details and pictures! Thanks so much for stopping by:)

Hello there! I held my first Happy Hour Class at Martinis last night and we had so much fun! Check out these adorable favors I made for all the ones who attended! I wish I could take credit for these amazing works of art, but all the credit goes to the amazing Brenda Quintana at QBeesQuest. You can find her tutorial here: If this link doesn't work go to and click on tutorials.

Her Hershey's Wine, Champagne & Margarita Tutorial was worth every penny of the $9.99. I can't even begin to imagine the time & effort that went into it-the $10 was a bargain!

The cover comes off the reveal a little treat inside:)

The champagne design holds 2 nuggets. I'm loving the extra 'bubbles' in this photo from the cool bokeh effect:)

This is the view from the back.

I added a few embellishments-I always like to contribute something when I CASE someone's work. I added the sentiments from the set Mixed Drinks using Smoky Slate ink. I attached the tags with the festive Silver Mini Tinsel Trim from the Holiday Catalog. I added Glitter Enamel Dots to the wine glass and Iridescent Sequins to the champagne.

These favors complimented this card that we made perfectly, using the same stamp set Mixed Drinks.

This was the other card we made using the set Sprinkles of Life.

I tried to make a martini to add to the mix, but the challenge proved to be too great for me, haha. I don't have the math or science skills that Brenda does. Maybe she'll come up with one for us:) Seriously, if you have any Holiday parties coming up, go get her tutorial and make'll be the hit of the event! I hope you'll plan to join us next month at Martinis on the 2nd Thursday of the month-December 14th. Do I get another Caramel Apple or Naughty School Girl Martini, or try something else??? Thanks so much for stopping by!
